Our Partnership: As an owner/broker of Keller Williams Realty Greater Cleveland, Sue brings 20 years of experience to each transaction. Emily brings to the partnership, and thusly to you, the client, 10 years of experience in customer service, a terrific ability to think on her feet and, she can juggle three flaming chainsaws at once!
Experience
We have sold homes all over Northeast Ohio, including in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Portage, Summit, Ashtabula, Medina and Trumbull counties.
Technology
At our disposal we have our own website that is linked to Keller Williams’ main website which is then linked to all local listings (including listings of other companies) as well as to other KW offices nation -wide. We search the local MLSs ( multiple listing services) and we can have listings you may be interested in automatically sent to our email as well as to yours.
Expertise
We have helped people buy and sell their homes in all price-ranges and stages of life. We have a special place in our hearts, though, for first-time home-buyers.
Communication
It is our goal to make you the buyer know you are up-to-speed on all happenings related to your home-search and purchase. Together, in an effort to meet your needs, we will decide the best way for us to reach you. We are available directly via cell phone and through email, which we check regularly and often.

Right now, about 90% of our buyer clients and listings are from referrals or are repeat clients.
Personal
In her free time, Sue enjoys taking motorcycle trips with her husband of 40 years, often to BMW motorcycle rallies. She loves spending time with her grandchildren. Sue often take them on nature hikes and helps them collect the various flora and fauna native to this region. Emily enjoys gardening, reading and re-reading the Harry Potter series and cooking for her husband and two kids.
